Group classes at Sweat Wellness and Fitness are small and intimate. We set the vibe with low lighting, candles, and a killer playlist. As a women only facility, we provide a safe and motivating environment for any woman. No matter where you’re at in your fitness journey, our instructors are here to help you. You’ll leave feeling refreshed and empowered.
If group classes aren’t your style, we offer 1:1 training sessions that are customized to you, your ability and your goals. Our 1:1 training sessions are available in 30 and 60-minute sessions. We also offer a variety of packages that incorporate both fitness and nutrition planning.
We believe nutrition is the key to overall health and longevity. Food is fuel and our plans are customized to help you reach your goals, without restriction. We don’t believe in a cookie cutter or one size fits all approach. We meet you where you’re at and help you create healthy habits that will last.
